In our Outbound Training Programme (OBT) we use the quintessential concepts of Experiential Learning. Our leadership training through this unique approach, creatively and effectively uses nature’s backdrop as a classroom for the participants which takes us back to the golden days of Gurukul.

Usually our training programmes are conducted in exotic and scenic locations preferably in campsites located in hill stations, near river side or lush green forest side private resorts or in any wilderness camp site or location where the service providers feel the place is safe and apt for training. We have our delivery centre’s across three different states (Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Karnataka) we have our training venues @ Kothagiri, Challakkudy, Coorg, Yercaud, Kodaikannal, Wayanad, Pollachi and Coimbatore.
